Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as:
- Items are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (e.g., order number or email confirmation)
To start a return, email support@getfitdistrict.com with your order number and reason for returning.
Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or is incorrect.

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified via email
- Refunds to your original payment method will be processed within 3–7 business days
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at support@getfitdistrict.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos. We'll either replace it at no cost or issue a full refund.
